The MORIAH Marketing Group consists of owner, Sandi Donaldson and several hand selected, former Direct Sales executives who are experts in their respective areas of expertise.
Sandi Donaldson, owner and founder of MORIAH Marketing Group is known for her commitment to excellence. She began her career 35 years ago, developing her own successful team as a Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics. Transitioning into the corporate arena, Sandi spent many years as a corporate executive gaining knowledge and experience with several well known Direct Selling companies. After leaving a CEO position with a $300 million dollar MLM industry giant, she chose to utilize her expertise by providing Consulting Services to those desiring to begin their own Direct Selling ventures, thus MORIAH Marketing Group was born in 1990. Today, MORIAH Marketing specializes in Marketing to Women and creating comprehensive sales and recruiting strategies for MLM and Party Plan companies. Sandi has personally influenced and coached hundreds of company owners throughout North America; many who have retained her to continue coaching them through the critical first years of their businesses.
Mary J.
Working in both Party Plan and MLM has given Mary a broad view of the differences in the industry’s business model. Coupled with experience in both genres, Mary has a solid background in downline development and training. As a Distributor and a Corporate Field Development Manager, Mary is well suited to MORIAH client companies. Perspective from both sides of the business gives Mary a leg up when it comes to implementation of strategies. Holding a BS in Accounting, Mary is also responsible for the financial package included in the MORIAH Menu of Services.

With an international and domestic experience base of Network Marketing, Enrique is equipped to identify, training and retain a Field Sales force.
